About Beverly Symes

Beverly has been professionally involved in the creative process since 1986 when she began working as a graphic designer. Her creative endeavors involve graphic design, watercolor painting and most recently jewelry design. She incorporates hand formed fine silver, semi-precious and precious beads into necklaces and earrings. Her jewelry is a one-of-a-kind combination of rich jewels and elegant design that will allow any woman to express her creative individuality.

As a child Beverly was very much inspired by the glitter of natural jewels. Actually, she is inspired by all things beautiful and all that energy is channeled into jewelry design. I just love creating beautiful things and I love artistic expression.

The creative process for her elegant and classic jewelry begins by scouring the web and local bead stores for natural gems and creative ideas. Then she sits down and doodles out some designs. She experiments with bead patterns, colors and pendent ideas. One thing leads to another and before we know it she's created an exquisite necklace and earring set that will enhance any women’s natural beauty.

All her jewelry creations are exclusive, one of a kind pieces made from a collection of hand formed fine silver pendants and findings, precious and semi-precious gemstones, Swarovski® crystals, sterling silver, and gold vermeil.

Fine silver pendents are hand formed from silver clay which is fired to create 99.9% pure silver components that resist tarnishing. This clay is composed of microscopic silver particles, an organic filler and water. In its clay form she shapes it into custom designed pendants and beads. After firing the clay, the artistic result is a one of a kind piece that will never go out of style.

For Beverly the art of self-expression is personal and unique for each person. Jewelry is a way for women to express their individuality to the world. After all, everyone deserves to feel a bit pampered every once in a while and her creative purpose is to make that happen for all women.
